Beyondblue is a state and federal government initiative which aims to increase community awareness of depression.

 

CASAs are government-funded organizations which work against sexual assault. The services offered are free and available to all victims.

 

Frontyard helps young people who are homeless or in need of support. It is now the biggest service centre of its type in Melbourne's central business district.

 

Kids help line is a free telephone counselling service for kids.

 

Lifeline offers a 24-hour telephone counselling service for anyone, at anytime and from anywhere in Australia for just the cost of a local call. Well trained Lifeline volunteer telephone counsellors are always ready to listen to you. You can also be sure that you will receive friendly and kind advice and that your information is strictly confidential. Call 13 11 14.

 

 

Reach Out! is a web-based service that inspires young people to help themselves through tough times.

 

Headspace provides counselling and information for young people aged 12 to 25 with a range of mental health issues.

 

The Hume City Council provides a range of programs and services for young people living within the Hume area.
