As part of Reconciliation Week, 新澳门六合彩官网 has registered to take part in ‘Wear It Yellow for Children’s Ground 2024’.

A celebration of First Nations culture, our staff have been invited to support a bright future for First Nations kids and families by wearing yellow on Tuesday 28th May and donating. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the and donations made to Wear it Yellow from TOMORROW (Wednesday 29th) will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to the value of $20,000!

By participating in Wear it Yellow, our staff are joining a community of supporters who recognise the strength and resilience of First Nations culture and knowledge. Just $45 raised can create educational resources in a child’s first language, $250 can support nutrition programs and $105 can support a First Nations Educator to teach children in their first language and culture.

Children’s Ground is led by First Nations communities who are creating a different future for the next generation of children.

They believe that every child born today should experience a lifetime of opportunity and grow up strong in their identity and culture, free from injustice and economic poverty. If all children can experience this basic right, then whole communities will be happy, healthy and safe places.

Children’s Ground operates in Central Australia and the Top End of the Northern Territory. Their 25-year strategy for long term change comes from decades of experience, evidence and First Nations design. They integrate key services across 5 areas of wellbeing: Learning, Health, Economic Development, Community Development and Creative & Cultural Development. Families want their children strong in their language and culture, to have a great education, to be healthy and emotionally well and to have employment as they become adults. Children’s Ground is working with communities to make this a reality for the next generation of First Nations children.
